*150mg of Alpha GPC (50%) Everything starts with the mind so it was only optimal to include the most superior choline source: Alpha GPC (50%) at 150mg.
Alpha-GPC has been proven to be the most effective precursor over other choline precursors, such as; Choline and GDP Choline, being it is the only form able to cross the blood-brain barrier resulting in the ability for it to directly increase Acetylcholine.[1]

Paradoxine™ is a trademarked version of a specific extract of Grains of Paradise standardized to 12.5% 6-Paradol. As there are other extracts of Grains of Paradise, this specific one was the exact one used in human studies that proved this to be effective for increasing energy expenditure and decreasing visceral fat leading to overall weight loss.
A note to include is the dosage that was used to be effective at reducing visceral fat and weight loss was 30mg split into 10mg and consumed 3 times per day for four weeks. Also, no changes in exercise or diet occurred during these trials where fat loss and overall weight loss occurred.[11][12]
